Save the task
A supported schedule records the requested work, timing and account. Check the saved task receipt and the timing shown by its controls. One-time, recurring and companion work depend on the feature you use.
Permissions still apply
A schedule uses the tools and connections available to that account. Saving a task does not grant a new Google permission, connect an unrelated service or remove the need to authorize a consequential action.
Review status and timing
Queued, running, completed and delivered describe different stages. Network, provider, usage and runtime limits can affect completion. A requested delivery time is not a guarantee of a finished answer at that instant.
Manage saved work
Use the available schedule or companion controls to inspect, pause or cancel the task and check the result. Closing a conversation does not necessarily cancel saved work. The Privacy Policy explains the associated instructions, context and records.
