Connect a service
Open the available connection controls, choose a service and complete its authorization process. A service appearing in a list does not mean it is connected. Google sign-in identifies your account; Gmail, Drive and other Google connections have separate permissions.
Google tools
Available Google connections include Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and YouTube. Select only the supported read or action permissions you need. Actual access is limited by the grant, the app’s controls and Google’s account restrictions.
Read, draft and act
A supported connection can retrieve selected content for a task. Separately enabled actions can create or update items, prepare an email draft or send approved email. YouTube visibility changes concern an existing owned video; they do not include uploading a new video file. Check the account, recipient, contents and destination before confirming an action.
Data and removal
Relevant connected content can be included in your conversation and sent to the AI processor when you ask it to work with that content. You can disconnect an integration and revoke its access with the provider. Completed messages, exports and recipient copies remain with their destinations.
