Miqayel and third-party material
Miqayel is an independent product. Its branding identifies Miqayel. Other product names, company logos, model names, maps, media and software remain subject to the rights of their owners and the licenses that apply. A reference to a compatible service is not a claim that the service owns, endorses or certifies Miqayel.
Generated logos and creative work
AI can produce similar designs, recognizable marks or material that requires permission. Before publishing a logo or other asset, check the exact design, intended use, relevant licenses and applicable trademark or other rights. Miqayel cannot guarantee worldwide uniqueness, registration, copyright protection or freedom from third-party claims. The Logos is the name of a workspace; saving a design there does not perform a rights-clearance search.
Use of Miqayel branding
Use the Miqayel name only in a truthful way that does not suggest unauthorized affiliation or endorsement. Do not impersonate Miqayel, use its logo as your own identity or imply certification that has not been granted. A permitted factual reference does not transfer ownership of a trademark or grant a general license to adapt the logo.
Open-source and licensed components
Some software, models and assets carry their own licenses and attribution requirements. Those licenses continue to apply independently of Miqayel’s general terms. Required notices distributed with a component must remain available when you redistribute it; an open-source software license does not automatically grant rights to its project’s trademarks, training data or third-party content.
