Scope and current services
These terms govern Miqayel’s available software and services, including the Miqayel AI workspace, Fusion, IELTS practice, Dropshipping, The Logos and twelve Android apps. Features include supported AI conversations, research, files, images, voice, code, browser tools, projects, schedules, companions and optional connected services. Availability depends on the product version, account, plan, permissions and configured service. Coming soon pages describe plans and are not a release-date commitment.
Using Miqayel
Miqayel is the product and service brand covered by these terms. Contact support@miqayel.com for service, billing, privacy or rights questions. Use the service lawfully and only with content, accounts, files and credentials you are authorized to use. Keep your account and keys secure. Review recipients, destinations and consequential actions before authorizing them.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
MIQAYEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. AI can generate inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, misleading or infringing material. You are responsible for reviewing the content and the actions you authorize before relying on, running, sharing or publishing them. Generated statements do not represent Miqayel’s views, promises or professional advice.
You choose what to submit and how to use an output. Verify facts against reliable sources, inspect code before running it, and review destinations, recipients and permissions before approving an action. Miqayel does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, safety or fitness of a generated result. AI-generated material is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and Miqayel is not an emergency service.
This notice does not exclude liability, consumer rights, privacy duties or other protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Humorous mode
Humorous mode is optional entertainment for adults aged 18 or older. It can produce exaggerated jokes, roasts and material you find offensive. Its generated dialogue is not a factual allegation, an admission by Miqayel or an official response to a complaint. You can turn the mode off and manage optional sound playback separately. Connected services, browser and code tools
A connection authorizes the selected feature to use the permissions you grant; it does not authorize access to unrelated accounts. Review tool instructions, recipients, files and the scope of an action. Remote browsing can interact with third-party websites and accounts. Code can create, change or remove files in its permitted environment. A draft, preview, queued task or model statement is not proof that a payment, publication, message or other action completed.
Your provider accounts and credentials
Connect only accounts and provider keys that you own or have authority to use. Your provider’s charges, permissions, limits and terms apply to requests made using that connection. Removing a connection stops future use through that connection; revoke the credential at its provider if it may be compromised. Do not transfer another person’s key, bypass access restrictions or use Miqayel to evade provider safeguards.
Search, Fusion and public sources
Search and Fusion retrieve permitted sources using the browser or a hosted service, depending on the feature. Browser searches expose ordinary request information to the sources contacted and require a working browser connection. Hosted research uses the server’s connection. Source coverage, freshness, attribution, quotas and availability vary. A source catalog is not proof that every source was searched or that the whole web was verified. Public material retains its owner’s rights. Unlimited search does not mean unlimited model processing, compute or third-party credits.
IELTS practice
Miqayel IELTS provides independent practice for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Practice tasks, feedback and estimated scores do not constitute an official IELTS test, certificate, admission decision or guaranteed result. IELTS and other third-party names identify the exam being practised; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Review your answers and keep your own copy of important practice work.
Dropshipping stores and merchant responsibilities
Miqayel Dropshipping is available software for creating and managing stores, physical and digital products, inventory, customers, orders and storefronts. Each merchant controls its listings, prices, customer communications and store policies. The merchant is responsible for lawful products, rights in uploaded material, required customer notices, applicable taxes and the delivery, returns and support it offers. Miqayel provides the platform; a store listing does not make Miqayel the seller or manufacturer of that merchant’s goods.
Connected checkout, supplier, email and AI features require the merchant’s own supported provider accounts, credentials and configuration. Current integrations include Stripe, Printful, CJdropshipping, Resend, OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini. Their fees, access rules and terms apply separately. Review supplier costs and authorize the actual action before committing funds. A draft order, cart, AI message or pending payment is not confirmation of payment, fulfillment or delivery.
AI can help draft store copy and discuss selected store information. Review product claims, prices, descriptions and other generated material before use. The AI-content responsibility provisions in these terms also apply to merchant content. The service does not guarantee sales, profit, supplier stock, delivery times or full compatibility with another commerce platform.
Saved work, drafts and hosting
The Logos and website tools can save files, generated work and private drafts. Publication uses the destination and access you select. Miqayel-hosted websites support public or private visibility; public content may be indexed or copied, while private access requires the permitted account. New hosted addresses use the assigned website and username namespace, such as site.username.miqayel.com; existing addresses can differ. Hosting is a subdomain service, not the purchase or transfer of a registered domain. Naming rules, current upload limits and service availability apply. Keep recoverable copies of important work.
Website availability and drafts
Available hosted pages do not require a recurring website-renewal payment while the free hosting service operates, subject to these terms and applicable law. An available address is not a perpetual hosting guarantee. Website generation can use your AI allowance and can produce incomplete code. Inspect the source and preview before publishing. A static page does not itself supply an external login, database or server process. Removing a draft removes its saved versions; exporting a copy does not remove copies elsewhere. Contact support about an incorrect historical website-renewal charge.
AI Usage Credits
AI Usage Credits are prepaid, dollar-denominated service credits for eligible AI processing. The current minimum top-up is $10 USD and the wallet limit is $10,000 USD. Purchased credits do not expire, are not transferable and cannot be withdrawn as money. Changing a model or future rate does not reduce the dollar balance already purchased. Different models, context lengths, thinking settings and media can consume different amounts; review the price and usage controls before dispatch.
Reservations and verified usage
Included AI allowance is used first; purchased credits are used only when you enable their use. Miqayel can reserve an estimate before dispatch and settle it against verified usage. A confirmed uncharged failure releases its reservation. An uncertain provider charge can remain reserved until reconciled; a timeout alone does not establish that processing was free. Duplicate payment confirmations do not create duplicate credit. Contact support about an incorrect charge or a request to refund unused purchased credit. Mandatory consumer rights apply.
Additional storage and renewals
An additional-storage purchase lasts one calendar month from verified payment, ending on the last valid day when the next month is shorter. Purchases expire independently. The current price and capacity are disclosed in the purchase flow. Expired capacity no longer increases the upload quota. Expiry alone does not delete existing files, but storage and deletion rules still apply. Automatic credit refill or storage purchase requires your enabled preference, recorded authorization and a supported configured payment method. Review the amount, threshold and cancellation controls before enabling it.
Purchases, promotional prices and verification
A displayed price, test checkout, queued receipt or Coming soon offer does not establish that money was collected or access activated. A live purchase requires payment verification and the applicable entitlement checks. Authorized complimentary access is not a cash payment. The seller, amount, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal terms disclosed for the purchase apply. Promotions have the expiry stated in the offer; subsequent purchases use the applicable disclosed rate. Contact support about a verified purchase that has not activated.
Subscription cancellation and refund requests
You may contact support@miqayel.com to request a subscription refund within three days (72 hours) of verified payment. This is a request window, not a promise of automatic approval or an instant cash refund. The current in-app control can end eligible complimentary access and may be unavailable for cash purchases; use support or the seller’s process for a paid transaction. Complimentary access has no money to refund. Cancellation and a refund are separate actions. Uninstalling an app or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights are unaffected; see the Refund Policy.
Developer and business availability
Miqayel’s public API access is marked Coming soon. New Platform API-key creation and API balance deposits are disabled on that surface; existing available credentials can be reviewed or revoked. This does not disable separately offered app AI, Fusion downloads, website tools or the released Dropshipping platform. Published developer rates describe the identified Miqayel service and do not themselves activate a paid account or resell an unrelated model provider’s service. Shop, AI business and other surfaces still marked Coming soon remain plans until an actual offer is available.
Advertising
Where advertising is enabled, submit only lawful destinations you are authorized to promote. Destinations can be reviewed, rejected or paused for prohibited, deceptive, infringing or unsafe content. Approval is not a guarantee of legality or future acceptance. The currently published rates are $0.10 per qualified impression and $1.00 per qualified click, with event qualification and duplicate protection. Funding requires the available disclosed payment flow. An ad preview or a Coming soon campaign is not proof of a paid or published campaign.
Invitations and delivery
Gift and Business invitations are sent to the identified recipient when the delivery service is available. Queued means awaiting delivery, not received. Acceptance, expiry and access depend on the invitation’s terms. A sender cannot recall a sent invitation through the current invitation control. Workspace creation does not grant access to another account’s private chats. Email, push notifications and connected exports depend on their destination, device permission and service availability. They are not guaranteed-time or emergency delivery.
Schedules and companion work
A requested schedule or companion task requires a successful saved task receipt. A companion work window can be up to eight hours; productive work can finish sooner and an answer can wait for the selected delivery time. This is not a promise of continuous processing, unlimited usage or completion at a particular instant. Plan, provider and runtime limits apply. Closing a conversation does not necessarily cancel its saved work; use the available task or companion controls and check the cancellation result.
Acceptable use
Do not use Miqayel for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, harmful surveillance, threats, harassment, deceptive impersonation, unsolicited communications or evasion of safeguards. Do not submit another person’s private information, likeness or voice without the necessary authority. Follow applicable provider and destination rules. Miqayel may investigate, restrict or remove content or access when necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
Account security and deletion
In the main Miqayel workspace, ordinary account deletion revokes applicable sessions and schedules eligible cleanup after a 33-day delay, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you separately enable account-wipe protection and confirm its warning, three failed app-unlock attempts on the configured device can instead initiate immediate permanent deletion without that delay. Do not enable this option unless you understand the consequence. A local app lock, uninstall or sign-out is not the same as deleting your account. Separate services such as Dropshipping have their own records; contact support about account or store-data requests rather than assuming that deleting a workspace account removes them.
Availability and responsibility
Service interruptions, network failures, changed third-party access and provider errors can occur. Features and limits can change, subject to applicable purchase commitments and law. Review outputs and maintain your own important records. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or replace responsibilities imposed by law. Nothing here excludes fraud, liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Miqayel app family
These terms also apply to Miqayel-provided services used from Messages, Camera, Calculator, Office Suite, Clock, Photos, JIG, Notes, Calendar, Browser, File Manager, JIG Android Security, the desktop app and the Chrome extension. A local device feature does not automatically require an account or transmit its contents to Miqayel. Separate app-store, carrier, device and connected-service terms may also apply. App-specific disclosures and the actual purchase terms control the features and access included in your version.
Your inputs and generated results
You keep the rights you already have in your inputs. You permit the processing needed to answer your request, run the selected tools, save your work and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Miqayel does not claim ownership of your private files merely because you upload them. Any rights Miqayel can transfer in generated output are subject to applicable law and the terms of the service that generated it. Similar output may be produced for others. An AI result is not a certificate of copyright, originality, accuracy or commercial clearance.
The Logos, saved work and publication
You are responsible for checking the content, destination, visibility and permissions of material saved, shared, exported or published from The Logos or another Miqayel tool. Private storage does not clear intellectual-property or privacy rights. Public links and published websites can be copied or indexed by others; deleting your copy cannot recall copies already obtained outside Miqayel.
Names, logos, software and other rights
Miqayel’s name, logo, original interface and software are protected to the extent the relevant rights exist and belong to Miqayel or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, models, fonts, maps, images, software and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. References to Android, Google, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Grok and other services identify platforms, compatibility or sources; they do not imply ownership, sponsorship, approval or partnership. Do not use any branding to mislead people about who provides a product.
Rights in images, voices and brands
An image, voice, character, logo or other generated asset may involve copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights. Obtain any permissions and licenses required for your intended use, including commercial distribution. Do not use Miqayel for counterfeit branding, deceptive endorsements, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, fraudulent impersonation or fabricated evidence. A disclaimer alone does not make an infringing use lawful.
Copyright, trademark and other complaints
Send a rights complaint to support@miqayel.com identifying the work or right, the exact Miqayel-hosted URL or item, your relationship to the rights holder, the reason for the complaint and a way to contact you. Supply only information needed to evaluate it. We may seek clarification, restrict the identified material or notify the person responsible when appropriate and lawful. Do not submit false or abusive reports. See Intellectual property for the reporting details.
Subscriptions and the twelve-app bundle
A subscription, credit purchase or bundle covers only the products, usage, term and price expressly disclosed when you purchase it. The presence of twelve apps does not itself activate a shared subscription. A proposed all-app plan or a Coming soon price is not an active purchase. Renewals, cancellations, taxes, limits and any included AI or storage are governed by the purchase details and mandatory consumer law. Complimentary access is not a refundable payment.
Age and lawful consent
Miqayel is not intended for children under 13. You must also meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply where you live; if you cannot enter an agreement yourself, use requires an appropriately authorized parent or guardian. Humorous mode is optional and for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use it to threaten, harass or present generated jokes as factual allegations.
Mandatory rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections, privacy rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact support@miqayel.com to raise a service or billing dispute. Any restriction, suspension or termination must be applied consistently with applicable law; a policy cannot prevent a person from raising a lawful claim or complaint. Material changes will be identified by an updated policy date and any further notice or consent required by law.
