Scope
This policy explains how Miqayel handles information in its web workspace, Fusion, IELTS practice, Dropshipping stores, The Logos, companions, desktop app, Chrome extension and twelve Android apps. It describes processing, rather than asking you to agree to optional uses. Feature-specific notices, permissions and your choices also apply. Merchants, other websites, app stores, carriers and independent providers have their own policies.
Contact and information sources
Miqayel is the product and service brand covered by this policy. Contact support@miqayel.com with a privacy question or request. Information can come from you, your device, an account you authorize, the services needed for a requested feature and public sources retrieved by a tool. Do not send passwords, payment-card security codes or one-time authentication codes to support.
Account, profile and security information
Account features process an account identifier, email, display name, profile image, sessions, plan or entitlement status, settings and security events. Google sign-in supplies the basic identity information you authorize, such as your Google account identifier, name, email and profile image. Sign-in is separate from connecting Gmail, Drive or another Google service. Optional app locks and security features process the settings and verification information needed for the controls you enable.
Chats, files, memory and generated work
An AI request can include your prompt, relevant conversation history, enabled memory, selected project context, files or extracted file content, images, audio and tool results. Miqayel and the processor handling that request receive the selected content needed to respond. File preparation may extract text, metadata or page chunks; a feature can transmit an original file when needed. Answers and generated media can be saved with the conversation or in supported storage. Submit only information you are authorized to use.
Local and account storage
Signed-out chat history can remain in the current browser rather than synchronize to an account. Browser and device storage can be cleared, lost or evicted. Answering a guest request still involves remote processing when you use a hosted feature. Account synchronization sends eligible chats, settings and saved work to Miqayel storage. Anonymous or private-use labels do not promise anonymous networking, end-to-end encryption of hosted AI requests or zero provider retention.
Messaging, contacts and calls
Supported person-to-person messaging and call features process the participants, contact information, messages, selected attachments, delivery state and call-signaling information needed for the conversation. Recipients can receive and retain what you share. Supported WebRTC calls can connect directly or use a relay depending on the network and feature settings; connection and relay services process the network information needed to connect the participants. Device microphone, camera and notification permissions apply to the feature you enable. A call to another person is different from submitting audio to an AI processor; choosing an AI feature can introduce the AI processing described here. SMS/MMS carrier processing is described separately in the app-family table.
Chrome extension
The extension stores supported local chats and appearance preferences in Chrome’s extension storage. Account settings and account-backed features belong to your signed-in Miqayel account; local extension chats and account chats are separate. Exporting or sharing sends the content you select to the chosen destination. Enabled browser-connection features can process tab URLs, selected page content, screenshots and action instructions needed for the requested browser task, subject to Chrome permissions and the connection controls. Installing the extension does not authorize access to unrelated accounts. Model-provider secrets are not embedded in the extension package. Hosted requests use the applicable AI and tool services described in this policy.
AI providers and model training
Hosted AI features send the selected prompt, context and supported media to the processor handling that feature. OpenAI supplies supported chat, image, audio or voice processing; other selected features and connections can use the providers described below. Provider API data settings can differ from the settings of the provider’s consumer chat app. OpenAI states that its API data is not used for model training by default. Disabling response storage does not remove all security or abuse-prevention retention. Do not assume one feature’s provider or retention settings apply to every other feature.
Kie.ai and companion processing
Supported companion text and voice requests use Kie.ai’s model API gateway; certain supported fallback or helper requests can use OpenAI. The gateway receives the relevant prompt, selected history, instructions, tool results and supported media needed for that request and returns the response. Model names shown through a gateway do not mean a direct connection to that model developer. Kie.ai’s service and retention terms apply. Miqayel does not promise that an OpenAI-specific training or retention setting also applies to a request sent through Kie.ai or another provider.
Custom models and media providers
When you configure a supported custom model, media service or provider account, the selected integration processes the prompt, context, media and results needed for that request. Supported choices include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Meta, Qwen, OpenRouter and Kie.ai; availability depends on the feature and configuration. A gateway such as OpenRouter or Kie.ai is an additional recipient. Each provider’s account settings, processing locations, retention and training terms apply independently. Selecting a provider is not a promise that its practices match another provider’s API.
Microphone, speech and translation
Compatible local speech recognition or local models process their recognition input on the device, and can download and cache a model. Browser, operating-system and hosted speech services can instead send audio to their provider. Text submitted after transcription is processed like a chat request. Speech playback can use a device voice or a selected hosted voice service. Public interface translation can send registered interface phrases and the selected language to Meta and cache the returned translations; private chats and profile fields are not part of that interface catalog. Translating or improving a message you deliberately submit is a separate AI request that includes that message.
Google connections: access and use
Optional Google connections request the scopes shown in Google’s consent screen for the specific service you connect. Supported read features can access the requested Gmail messages, Drive file information, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar events, Tasks, Contacts or YouTube details and return selected content to your signed-in account. Where enabled and separately authorized, supported actions can create drafts or send approved email, create or update selected documents and other items, upload or rename app-accessible Drive files, share a selected file by link or change an existing owned video’s visibility. The app’s chosen permission and confirmation controls apply even when a Google scope permits broader operations. Miqayel stores the connection identity, granted scopes and encrypted authorization tokens to maintain the connection. Relevant retrieved content may be included in your conversation and sent to the AI processor when you ask it to work with that content. An authorized export sends the selected text or attachments to its Google destination. Basic Google sign-in alone does not grant access to all of Gmail or Drive.
Google connections: sharing, storage and removal
Google-derived content saved in a conversation or file follows the account-storage and deletion rules in this policy. Connection tokens are used for the connection, not included as model prompt content. Miqayel does not sell Google API data or use it for targeted advertising, lending decisions or general-purpose model training. Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable, governs Google-data use and transfer. A general privacy-policy acceptance does not authorize unrelated reuse. Disconnecting removes the local grant and attempts provider revocation; you can also revoke Miqayel through your Google Account. Removing a grant does not recall completed emails, exports or recipient copies.
Other connections and provider credentials
Connected tools process the account identity, scopes, authorization information and content required for the action you request. In the web workspace, SuperAI and server-managed custom-provider credentials are sent over HTTPS to the authenticated backend and stored in an encrypted account-scoped vault. Connection status does not reveal the saved secret. Requests using your connected provider are subject to that provider’s terms and billing. A hosted Tavily search uses the owning account’s connected Tavily key and sends the query and search options to Tavily. You can remove a connection and revoke its credential at its provider. Installed apps can have different local configuration and connection controls, described by their feature and permission notices.
Cloud browser and code execution
Remote browser tasks can process URLs, instructions, page content, forms, screenshots, cookies and website storage. Saved sign-ins can retain a browser profile when you enable that option. Supported saved profiles are encrypted and associated with your account and session slot. Exported encrypted browser backups remain in the destination you choose and are not removed by deleting the server copy. Code tasks process the submitted code, selected files, inputs, outputs and execution records. Websites visited and services contacted receive the ordinary requests needed for the task.
Search, Fusion and public data
Hosted searches send the query, selected URLs and research options to Miqayel’s search or Fusion service and its selected sources, including Serper where used. Foreground browser Fusion can query supported public APIs directly, including Wikimedia, NASA, GitHub, Stack Exchange, Open Library, Crossref and other identified sources. Those sources see the query and ordinary browser network information, including your connection’s public address. Supported direct browser search requests omit account credentials and the referring page URL. A VPN or shared network can change the address a source sees.
Fusion notebook and IELTS practice
The separate Fusion evidence workspace can keep its notebook and imported material in the current browser. Direct public-source requests contact the selected source; a hosted URL check sends the selected query and URL to Fusion. Exporting selected material to another app or AI is a separate choice, rather than an automatic connection to that AI. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted, so keep exports of important work.
Miqayel IELTS can keep practice answers, progress, results and supported recordings in browser storage. Microphone access is needed for the speaking feature you choose. A separately selected live speaking feature can transmit the relevant audio to its configured service. Local practice storage is not an automatic account backup or an official exam record.
Dropshipping accounts, stores and customers
Miqayel Dropshipping uses a separate store service. Google sign-in requests openid, email and profile for identity and session creation; this sign-in does not request Gmail or Drive access. The service stores merchant account and session information, store settings, staff roles and invitations, catalog content, uploaded files, customer contact details, order and shipping information, transaction and refund references, activity records and saved AI conversations as needed for the selected tools.
Published storefront listings, images and pages can be seen by visitors. Customer, order and administrative records are restricted by the service’s account and store-role controls. Miqayel processes store records to operate the merchant’s requested tools; the merchant determines its products, customer communications and store policies. Miqayel also uses necessary account, security and service records to operate and protect the platform. Contact the identified merchant about an order or its use of customer information, and support@miqayel.com about Miqayel’s platform processing.
Dropshipping connected providers
Merchant provider credentials are stored encrypted on the server for the relevant store. Stripe handles supported hosted checkout; Miqayel receives the order, payment status and transaction references needed for reconciliation and delivery. Enter payment-card details only in the payment provider’s checkout, never in a chat, product field or support message. Authorized supplier workflows can send selected product, order and recipient shipping details to Printful or CJdropshipping. Resend can receive the recipient address and message content for configured receipts, shipping messages, invitations or consent-based campaigns.
When a merchant requests an AI response, the chosen OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini account receives the submitted conversation and selected store context, including store name, currency, aggregate metrics and catalog summaries. Text the merchant includes in that conversation is also sent. The result can be saved in the store’s conversation records. Provider keys are used to authenticate requests, rather than inserted into AI prompt content. Provider charges, processing locations, retention and account settings apply independently. Removing a connection does not recall an order, message, payment or data already received by its destination.
Dropshipping retention and requests
Store records, private files and provider configuration remain as needed to operate the store, recover from failures, maintain transaction records and meet applicable security, dispute or legal obligations. Archiving an item is not erasure, and clearing a browser or deleting a separate Miqayel workspace account does not delete store-server records. Contact support@miqayel.com for a store export, correction or deletion request, identifying the relevant store without sending credentials or unnecessary customer data. Ownership and lawful retention requirements must be checked before the request is completed; external providers and recipient copies follow their own rules.
Search evidence and external previews
Retrieved source text, links, timestamps, provenance and errors can return to your account’s conversation and become context for the selected AI processor. Hosted readers and background research use the server’s connection; browser retrieval depends on source access and cross-origin restrictions. Miqayel can cache search results and public-page evidence. Interactive weather, map, finance, research and other public previews can contact the identified external data provider directly. GIPHY handles supported GIF search and delivery. Providers receive the request parameters and ordinary network information and apply their own privacy, access and retention rules.
The Logos, website drafts and publication
Saved work can include content, titles, attachments, collections, favorites, timestamps and access choices. Private website drafts and their saved versions are encrypted in account-scoped storage on Miqayel’s application server. AI refinement sends the selected draft content and instructions to the selected AI service. Supported static imports are prepared in the browser and previews use an isolated frame. Publishing uploads the selected material and applies its visibility: public pages may be read, indexed or copied by anyone; private pages are limited to their permitted account access. Exported and recipient copies are controlled by their destinations.
Schedules, companions and saved tasks
Saved tasks can include the account and companion identifier, instructions, selected context, timing, status, execution records and resulting answer. They can continue after a conversation is closed and can be held for a selected delivery time. Relevant task content goes to the AI and tool services that perform the work. Use the available task or companion controls to inspect or cancel it. Remaining terminal companion queue records are pruned after 30 days; copies in conversations or execution records follow their own storage controls. Account deletion cancels eligible active work and removes eligible records through cleanup.
Payments, billing and invitations
Billing features process contact and invoice information, plan choices, purchase and transaction identifiers, payment status, credit balances, usage reservations and verified usage. Dodo Payments processes supported checkout and payment details. Miqayel receives payment metadata and supported saved-method summaries; complete card numbers and card security codes belong in the provider’s secure payment flow. Billing contact edits do not rewrite old invoices. Gift and Business invitations process the recipient email, sender, offered access, acceptance status and a protected invitation token needed for delivery. Queued invitations are not proof of receipt.
Advertising and planned commerce
Enabled advertising features process advertiser account information, submitted destinations and product content, moderation results, campaign status, qualified impression and click events and billing or abuse-prevention records. Moderation evidence can be needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. An advertiser’s submitted content is separate from your private connected Google content. Coming soon shopping or business pages do not themselves establish that an order or paid campaign exists. The seller and payment flow must identify the data needed for an actual transaction.
Marketplace submissions and safety review
Submitting an app for public Marketplace review sends its name, description, prompts, provider or model labels, safe configuration summary and supported icon or logo evidence for review. The service redacts credentials from the review payload. When configured, OpenAI processes the relevant text and image evidence for safety review; local checks also apply. Review decisions, reasons and supporting moderation records are used to decide publication and handle abuse or appeals. Publicly approved listing information can be seen by others. An unavailable or incomplete review does not establish approval; see the Apps Marketplace Rules.
Notifications and communications
Optional email and push categories use your saved notification choices, device permission and delivery address or push registration. Push endpoints and related delivery keys are protected in Miqayel’s notification service. Browser or operating-system push delivery can pass through Google, Apple, Mozilla or the provider used by the device. Supported account push notifications use a generic notice rather than conversation text. Device registration, retries and delivery records are needed for delivery and troubleshooting. You can disable optional categories and remove the device’s notification permission; necessary account, security or transaction communications can still apply.
Hosting, request information and browser storage
Cloudflare delivers the website and gateway and provides configured account or object storage. Hetzner hosts backend, authentication, search, remote browser and supporting services. These services receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, response status and security or rate-limit events. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, connection security, language, appearance, local chats and cached assets or translations. Blocking or clearing them can end sessions or remove local work. No policy statement makes a website or external provider unable to see a request sent to it.
Purposes and necessary sharing
Miqayel uses the described information to provide the feature you request, keep eligible work available across devices, maintain accounts and payments, deliver authorized communications, protect the service, investigate errors or abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. It shares the relevant information with the hosting, AI, payment, delivery and connected services described here, with a destination you choose and when legally necessary. Access to one item does not grant access to unrelated accounts or files. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, requested service processing supports performance of the service agreement, security and support can rely on legitimate interests where permitted, optional consent-based features rely on your consent and required records support legal obligations.
Retention and ordinary account deletion
Local data remains until you, the app or the browser removes it. Account content remains while needed for the chosen service and its storage controls, and can be removed through supported controls. In the main Miqayel workspace, an ordinary account-deletion request revokes applicable access and schedules eligible cleanup after 33 days. This timing does not describe a separate Dropshipping store-data request. Cleanup must complete the required external-service steps; this is not a guarantee that every provider copy or backup disappears on the same day. Minimal security, payment, dispute, deletion-receipt or legally required records can remain for their applicable purpose. Removing a connection does not itself delete content already saved in a conversation.
Optional immediate account wipe
Account-wipe protection is a separate option that requires setup and an explicit permanent-deletion warning. If enabled, three failed app-unlock attempts on the configured device can initiate permanent account deletion immediately, without the ordinary 33-day delay. The service processes verification information and failed-attempt state to enforce this choice. This is different from an ordinary app lock or sign-out. Provider-held records and copies already exported remain subject to their own retention and deletion rules.
Provider retention, security and international processing
External providers have their own service terms, retention settings, legal duties and abuse-prevention processing. For example, Kie.ai’s documentation describes temporary generated-file availability and longer log retention; do not treat a generated download link as permanent storage. An OpenAI API setting is not a universal zero-retention promise for every tool. Miqayel uses transport encryption, account access controls and encryption for supported credentials and protected records, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Miqayel and its providers can process information outside your country; applicable transfer requirements and provider agreements still apply.
Children and policy changes
Miqayel is not designed for children under 13; local minimum-age and parental-consent requirements can be higher. Humorous mode is for adults aged 18 or older. Contact support if a child’s information may have been provided contrary to these requirements. Policy changes are identified by an updated date, with any additional notice or consent required for a material change in processing.
The twelve Android apps
This policy also covers Miqayel services offered through Messages, Camera, Calculator, Office Suite, Clock, Photos, JIG, Notes, Calendar, Browser, File Manager, JIG Android Security. The table below identifies the main data categories associated with each app. It is not a statement that every permission is requested or every category is uploaded in every version. Android permission screens, the feature you choose and app-specific notices describe the actual access.
Local work, optional AI and synchronization
Using an ordinary device feature is different from submitting content to an AI service. Compatible local models can process selected content on the device; downloading a model requires a network connection. A cloud model request sends the submitted prompt, selected conversation context and supported attachments to Miqayel and the processor handling that request. Enabling account synchronization, backup, sharing or a connected action can transmit the selected data. Do not assume an app is entirely offline merely because it offers local tools.
Device permissions
Messages can require SMS/MMS, contacts and notification access for the messaging features you enable; carrier handling is separate from AI processing. Camera, microphone, media, file, calendar and location permissions are used for the feature that needs them. File Manager may request broader file access for file management. Security tools can inspect installed-app or device information that Android permits. Authentication through Android’s biometric controls does not give Miqayel your enrolled fingerprint or face template. You can manage permissions in Android settings; disabling access can prevent the related feature from working.
The Logos, metadata and public sharing
Saved items can include titles, content, attachments, collections, favorites, timestamps, website drafts and visibility choices. Account features associate this work with your account. Exporting or sharing sends the selected content to the destination you choose. Public sites and public links can be accessed, indexed or copied by others. Private saving, public publication and third-party export are different actions with different audiences.
Rights requests and identity checks
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, erase or restrict processing of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Use the available account data controls or contact support@miqayel.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting data. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, API keys or one-time codes. Rights can have lawful limits, including records needed for security, a dispute or a legal obligation.
